Scrap Metal

Large Amounts of scrap metal may be picked up for free if pre approved

Scrap metal can be in the load but placed at the back of the bin or on top of the load as it will need sorted at the disposal facility

Roofing shingles clean of any other debris

Grass/shrubs/trees/yard waste

Electronics to the back of the bin

No over filling

Our bins have a 4 ton capacity. Loads must not protrude over the top of the bin and the built in tarp must be able to safely cover the load for highway transport. Keep bin emptied of snow for weight fees. Difficult to manage overloaded loads may have extra fees.

Delivery Placement 

Customer available on site preferred at time of delivery. If not clear position must be set feel free to ask any questions you may have. Bins are heavy delivery zone must be clear of obstacles and power lines. Driveway delivery (solid ground at drop off and pick up). Every drop off location is different and we can not  be responsible for property damage

Pick Up

Pickup time agreed by Elite Property Services and renter disposal fees apply and determined at pickup. Payment in full at pickup. Cash, Email Money Transfer, Credit card, and Debit card accepted. Bin must be clear of obstructions at all times. Unpickable load will have extra fee.

Property Damage and Injury 

Elite Property Services is not responsible for any property damage or personal injuries.

Extra days 

A fee of $15 per day will apply to extra days beyond the agreed dates.
